Overview

The Asset Library is the central repository for all your AI-generated content. It stores:

• Prompts: Saved templates and engineered prompts
• Generations: Images and videos created in Studio
• Notes: Text snippets and documentation references
• Projects: Collections of related assets

• Keyword Search: Matches titles, content, and tags
• Filters: Narrow down by type (Image, Video, Prompt), date, or project

Organization

Keep your assets tidy with flexible organization tools:

• Folders: Nest assets in hierarchical folders
• Tags: Add descriptive tags for cross-cutting categorization
• Favorites: Star frequently used items for quick access

Bulk Actions

Manage multiple items at once to save time:

1. Select multiple items using checkboxes or Shopft + Click range selection.
2. Action Bar appears at the bottom.
3. Choose Operation:
   • Move: Relocate items to a different project/folder
   • Tag: Apply tags to all selected items
   • Delete: Remove items (cautious!)
   • Export: Download selected items as a ZIP or JSON bundle

Analyzing Usage

The Library view provides insights into your content:

• Token Usage: See estimated token cost for prompts
• Disk Usage: Monitor storage space for media files
• Metadata: View creation dates, models used, and generation params
